I have been in the fitness industry for over 16 years, working in many different areas of exercise and nutrition. I'm passionate about women's health and well-being, having experienced breast cancer, menopause and all of life's challenges (children, family, relationships and work/life balance). I'm helping women navigate life, through sleep/nutrition/strength training and the power of communication in a way that is not only manageable but enables them to reach realistic and sustainable goals.

A women's wellness retreat to get away from your daily routine in a beautiful setting, connect with like-minded women and come back rejuvenated and revitalised.

Physical, mental & social – emotional wellness of women and their overall quality of life. I organise breathwork workshops / pelvic health and menopause seminars and a new one this summer guthealth.
